JG Property Management was formed in 2004 by Husband & Wife Partnership Jim & Dee Griffiths as an Internet-Based property management and lettings service for West Cork in response to the lack of such a service when they needed it. Being Internet based, we do not have big overheads or restrictive ties to an 'open office' and therefore can offer competitive rates and responsive attention.
Bringing over ten years of Property Management, Project Management, Property Refurbishment, Surveying and Agency experience from the UK and over 25 years of local knowledge, we can help with just about anything in connection with property.
In addition, we are able to act as agent for investors/property owners to handle property negotiations and liaise with legal representatives. This is particularly helpful for overseas clients who need someone they can rely on to handle matters tenaciously on their behalf and who understands the Irish conveyance process.
We are also able to draw from a lifetime's experience in the sailing environment to offer a valuable Yacht Management service to the discerning yacht owner - again useful to the overseas client who might have their pride and joy based here in the beautiful West Cork
